GDY Adds Third Fully-Automatic Coating Line, Annual Capacity Rises to 160 Million m2
Our new Class-1000 cleanroom coating line is now online, shortening lead times for customers across Southeast Asia.
Shenzhen Guangdayuan Film Co., Ltd. (GDY) has commissioned its third fully-automatic coating line inside an expanded Class-1000 cleanroom. The addition lifts our total annual capacity to 160 million square meters and monthly output to roughly 13 million m2.
The new line is dedicated to high-clarity and anti-static PET protective films — the two segments seeing the fastest growth from electronics and new-energy customers in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.
With the extra capacity, standard products now ship within 7 days to major Southeast Asian ports, while customized specifications continue to follow our standard sampling-to-mass-production workflow.
